WE ADHERE TO A 15 DAY RETURN POLICY. IF 15 DAYS HAS PASSED SINCE YOUR ORDER WAS DELIVERED, WE UNFORTUNATELY CANNOT INITIATE A RETURN PROCESS. 

IF YOU WISH TO RETURN YOUR PURCHASE, YOU MUST RETURN THE ITEM(S) BACK TO US IN IT'S ORIGINAL CONDITION. YOUR REFUND WILL BE PROCESSED AFTER THE ITEM IS RETURNED AND DEEMED IN SATISFACTORY CONDITION FOR REUSE. PLEASE NOTE: WE DO NOT PROVIDE RETURN SHIPPING LABELS. 

FOR YOUR PURCHASE TO BE AN ELIGIBLE FOR A RETURN, THE ITEM(S) MUST NOT BE ALTERED IN ANY WAY, MUST HAVE IT'S ORIGINAL SHIPPING LABEL, BE IN THE ORIGINAL CONDITION, AND IN THE SAME PACKAGING AS IT WAS RECEIVED.

UNFORTUNATELY, THERE ARE NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES ON UNDERGARMENTS  (INCLUDING LINGERIE, SWIMWEAR AND INTIMATE ITEMS) AND BEAUTY PRODUCTS DUE TO HEALTH AND SANITATION CONCERNS.

BEFORE PLACING YOUR ORDER, PLEASE ENSURE THAT YOU ORDER THE CORRECT SIZE AS PER THE ITEM'S SIZING CHART. IF YOU ARE UNSURE, CONTACT US AND WE WILL ANSWER ANY SIZING QUESTIONS. 

TO INITIATE A RETURN, PLEASE EMAIL US WITH YOUR ORDER NUMBER, THE ITEM YOU WISH TO RETURN, AND YOUR PROOF OF PURCHASE. AFTER THIS IS VERIFIED, WE WILL REPLY WITH FURTHER DETAILS. 

PLEASE DO NOT SEND YOUR PURCHASE BACK TO THE MANUFACTURER/WAREHOUSE YOU RECEIVED IT FROM. THEY ARE A SEPARATE ENTITY FROM OUR SALES/EXCHANGE DEPARTMENT AND YOUR PACKAGE WILL NOT BE RECEIVED, AND THEREFORE A REFUND CANNOT BE OFFERED.  

 

PARTIAL REFUNDS

ANY ITEM NOT RETURNED IN ITS ORIGINAL CONDITION, (EX. DAMAGED, MISSING PARTS, MISSING ORIGINAL PACKAGING) OR FOR REASONS NOT DUE TO OUR ERROR (THIS INCLUDES RETURN POSTAGE DELAYS), MAY BE SUBJECT TO A PARTIAL REFUND. PLEASE NOTE THAT ONLY SPECIAL CIRCUMSTANCES WILL BE SUBJECTED TO A PARTIAL REFUND.

 

REFUND PROCESS

ONCE WE HAVE RECEIVED YOUR ITEM, IT IS INSPECTED AND PROCESSED. WE WILL CONTACT YOU BY EMAIL NOTIFYING YOU THAT WE HAVE RECEIVED YOUR ITEM. AT THIS POINT YOUR ITEM IS STILL SUBJECT TO APPROVAL TO A REFUND, BASED ON CONDITIONS.

IF YOU ARE APPROVED, THEN YOUR REFUND WILL BE PROCESSED, AND A CREDIT WILL AUTOMATICALLY BE APPLIED TO YOUR ORIGINAL METHOD OF PAYMENT WITHIN 7 BUSINESS DAYS.

IF YOU HAVEN’T RECEIVED A REFUND YET, PLEASE BE PATIENT AS RETURN TRANSACTIONS TAKE TIME TO BE UPDATED ON BANKING STATEMENTS. 

IF YOU STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED A REFUND, CONTACT YOUR BANK. THERE IS OFTEN DELAYS IN PROCESSING TIMES AND YOUR BANK MAY BE ABLE TO NOTICE A PROBLEM IF IT IS NOT REFLECTED ON YOUR END.
