Return Eligibility

We offer a 15-day return policy from the date your order was delivered. Returns requested after 15 days cannot be processed.

  • Items must be returned in their original, unused condition.
  • Products must be in original packaging, with original shipping labels intact.
  • We do not provide return shipping labels.
  • Do not send returns to the manufacturer or warehouse address — they are not authorized to process returns.

  • Undergarments, lingerie, swimwear, and intimate items
  • Beauty and personal care products
  • All dresses (final sale)
  • All sale items
  • Discounted items (excluding those purchased with discount codes)

Exceptions & Sizing

Please refer to the sizing chart listed with each item before ordering. If you are unsure about sizing, contact us before placing your order for assistance.

How to Initiate a Return

Email us with the following details:

  • Your order number
  • The item you wish to return
  • Your proof of purchase

Once verified, we will provide further instructions.

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be granted in special cases, such as:

  • Items not returned in original condition (e.g., damaged, missing parts or packaging)
  • Returns delayed due to reasons not caused by us

Refund Process

  1. We will inspect your return upon receipt and notify you by email.
  2. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original method of payment within 7 business days.
  3. Refunds may take additional time to appear on your bank statement due to processing delays.

  • We are not responsible for returns lost in transit.
  • Returns received in a condition different from how they were delivered will not be refunded.
