How can I track my order?

You can track your order by entering the tracking information here. Please note an order number (e.g. Order #080808) is not a tracking number.

I only received part of my order?

Orders with multiple products may be shipped in different packages. You can track your order here.

When will my order be processed?

We process orders between Monday and Friday. Orders will be processed within 1-3 business days from the order date. Please allow extra time for your order to be processed during holidays and busy shopping seasons. More information can be found here.

Can I change or cancel my order?

As we aim to process orders as fast as possible, you must request any changes/cancellations within 4 hours of ordering. All requests after this time may be denied. More information can be found here.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX), and many other third party payment solutions.

Do you ship worldwide?

We ship to a wide range of destinations worldwide. If you encounter any difficulties while processing your order due to your shipping location, please don't hesitate to contact us.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders take between 9-21 business days to arrive. Track your order here.

What if I don't receive my order?

You are eligible for a full refund. An order is considered lost if no delivery was made after 30 days have passed since the order was shipped. You can contact us at here.

What if the item(s) I received are defective/incorrect/damaged?

Please contact us if you have received merchandise that is incorrect, missing, and/or defective. Please include your order number, photographs of the item(s) and all related references upon receiving your package. We will do our very best to resolve your case as soon as possible.
